Proof

Watch it working right now.

These are our own channels, run on the exact pipeline your show would get: the same weekly cadence, three distinct brands, and three distinct art styles.

Sunk Cost

Documentary-style business storytelling

Built for clear ideas, strong framing, and long-form audience trust.

Asiago

Comedic AI education

A branded mascot makes complex AI topics easier to watch and remember.

Reclaim Sobriety

Character-driven motivational stories

Stories built from a real person’s approved photo and likeness.

The problem

Everyone knows video works. Nobody has time to make it.

76% of businesses are already making at least one video a month. The ones that are not cite the same three reasons: no time, no budget, and no production expertise.

Agency

$4,000–$12,000 a month

That usually buys a handful of short clips, not a weekly show.

In-house

$300,000+ a year

That is the cost of building a full video team before the channel has even proven itself.

Cheap AI

Looks cheap

Your customers can tell when content has no connection to the people behind the business.

So most businesses post nothing. The ones that show up every week own the audience.

The difference

This is not AI slop. This is your team, animated.

Real people

Custom characters

We turn your founder, lead tech, or service manager into consistent animated characters. You approve every character before an episode is produced.

Real voices

Your people speak

Participating people provide written consent for voice capture and cloning, so the character sounds like the person your customers know—not a stock narrator.

Locked style

Recognizable from frame one

Same characters, same look, every episode. The show becomes a recognizable brand asset over time.

Generic AI content is a costume. This is a portrait.
What you get

The whole channel. Cradle to grave.

One-time setup

Build the foundation

$1,500
  • Channel strategy, format, and 12-episode roadmap
  • Custom character design for up to 3 people, iterated until approved
  • Voice capture and cloning with consent on file
  • Locked visual style and channel branding
  • Channel setup or cleanup of your existing YouTube presence
Add-on

Daily Shorts

$1,500/month
  • One vertical Short every day, cut from your episodes
  • Built for reach while the weekly show builds your library
  • The most cost-effective way to increase output volume

Do the math: $4,000 a month is about $920 per fully produced 10-minute episode—scripted, voiced, animated, published, and reported. Add daily Shorts and it is about $180 per published asset.

How it works

From kickoff to your first episode in about two weeks.

01

Kickoff call

Pick the people, format, and first month of topics.

02

Character approval

You approve the style before production. Nothing gets made until you sign off.

03

Pilot episode

Your first episode is delivered for review.

04

Weekly cadence

Episodes publish on schedule without your team touching a camera.

Fit

Built for businesses that want an owned audience.

A fit if
  • You have real expertise inside the business and no time to be on camera.
  • You want to show up weekly for 6+ months and build an owned audience.
  • You understand this is a compounding asset, not a viral lottery ticket.
Not a fit if
  • You want one video, not a series.
  • You expect a million views in month one.
  • Nobody in the business will spend 30 minutes a month on topics and feedback.

FAQ

Questions business owners ask first.

Why animation instead of filming us?

No scheduling, reshoots, camera anxiety, or studio costs. Your characters can show up every week while your team stays focused on the business.

Is this just AI-generated content?

AI powers production, but the show is based on your real people, their approved voices, their expertise, and topics from inside the business. You approve every character and the pilot before anything ships.

Do we own the content?

Yes. Every episode, character design, and the channel itself are yours. If we part ways, it stays with you.

What about people’s likenesses and voices?

Each participating person signs a consent form for their character and voice clone. Characters are used only for your channel’s content, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

How long until it works?

YouTube is a compounding channel. The first 90 days are for building the library and finding the format; the library can continue working for the business over time.

What do you need from us each month?

About 30 minutes a month for topics and feedback. We do the production work around that input.

Can you do more than one episode a week?

Yes. Additional weekly episodes are quoted per channel, and the Daily Shorts add-on is the most cost-effective way to increase volume.
