Program Terms

These terms apply to AI Company Builder and related Ken Cox cohort programs.

Enrollment

Your seat is reserved when payment is completed through the checkout page. Deposit buyers are responsible for the remaining balance before the cohort begins.

Program Access

Enrollment includes the live cohort sessions, a one-year Asiago.ai Basic account, cohort materials, and the included 5-hour implementation support package. Support may be scheduled in 30-minute or 60-minute blocks and must be used within 60 days after the cohort ends.

Participation

This is a hands-on cohort. You are responsible for participating, bringing your business context, and using the work product inside your own company, project, or creative work.

No Guaranteed Results

Ken Cox does not guarantee revenue, savings, followers, leads, or specific business outcomes. Results depend on your participation, market, offer, team, tools, and execution.

Third-Party Tools

The program may reference or use third-party platforms such as Stripe, Zoom, WhatsApp, DigitalOcean, OpenAI, Post Bridge, Social Bridge, and Asiago.ai. You are responsible for third-party accounts, policies, and fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to be respectful, practical, and focused on implementation. Ken Cox may remove access for harassment, spam, abuse, or conduct that harms the cohort experience.
