What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (better known as “EMDR”) is a revolutionary mental health treatment developed by psychologist Dr Francine Shapiro in the 1990s.

By simulating the natural action of memory processing through eye movement, EMDR helps people to access and “re-process” their traumatic memories and deep core beliefs.

Backed by extensive scientific research, EMDR is recognized worldwide as effective treatment for emotional disorders. It has been used by millions of people to address PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Addictions, and other conditions.

Anxiety

I have suffered from Anxiety pretty bad. Heart beat fluttering, blood pressure at 190/110. I have missed huge meeting due to my Anxiety and not being able to get it under control. Meditation helped, counseling helped, getting more fit helped but nothing helped me as much or as fast as EMDR!!

Addiction

Addiction is a bitch. I have been an acholic, drug abuser, dopamean junkie you name it I have always put myself in high risk situations and abusing my body. AA helped me when I was 13, smart Recovery helped me at the age of 40 but nothing has helped me more than EMDR. It is so crazy that the cravings are actually gone after just a couple of sessions of EMDR.!

Depression

I suffer from mild depression. An ever lasting feeling of things just are not going right. I felt like I deserved the pain and suffering and constantly searched for ways to keep me in that physical pain so that I would not have to deal with my own shit. After practicing Virtual EMDR after just a few days I experienced one of the most joyful moments in my life.
